Snow Machine Trailer

Most snowmachine trailers with tilt beds are built around a compromise: they use the axle as the pivot point for the deck. While it may be convenient to build the trailer this way, it creates two problems. Firstly, the load carrying capacity of the deck drops dramatically rearward of the axle, which renders the rearmost third of the trailer deck functionally useless. Second, it creates handling problems: any weight concentrated rearward of the axle can induce dangerous fishtailing conditions.

ValleyBilt’s series of powersports trailers solves both of these problems with one ingenious feature: The entire axle assembly rides on a movable trolley. When in normal towing configuration, the axle is slid and locked to the rear to optimize load carrying and balancing capability as well as promote stable handling and backing. When parked, the axle is pulled forward by means of a simple hand crank, which simultaneously moves the deck pivot point and lowers the deck for loading and unloading. This mechanism also produces a gentler deck angle for greater ease of vehicle maneuvering compared to other trailers.

Dump Trailer

Of course, full hydraulic systems are available as well for those who want the convenience of push-button lifting and dumping.
